Annual Dues
Annual dues for 2026 are $60 per home. Dues are reviewed once a year by the board. Statements are sent out in January and homeowners have until March 31 each year to pay their dues in full.
Annual Meeting
The Association holds its annual meeting every year in January. Homeowners will receive detailed information about the meeting on their annual dues statement.
Mailbox Information
All mailboxes in the Martens Way neighborhood must meet the association's standards for style, color, and placement. Please review the official mailbox guidelines document for full details on approved mailbox types and installation requirements.
