Martens Way Homeowners Association
The following covenants and restrictions apply to all properties within the Martens Way neighborhood. These guidelines help preserve the character and value of our community. Please contact the board with any questions.
Purpose
These covenants are established to maintain the quality, character, and value of the Martens Way neighborhood. All homeowners are expected to abide by these rules and regulations.
Property Maintenance
All properties must be maintained in a neat and orderly condition. Lawns should be mowed regularly, and landscaping kept trimmed. Exterior paint and structural elements must be kept in good repair.
Architectural Changes
Any significant exterior modifications, additions, or new structures require prior written approval from the Board of Directors. This includes fences, sheds, decks, and changes to the exterior appearance of the home.
Vehicles & Parking
Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Inoperable vehicles, boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles may not be stored in driveways or on streets for extended periods without board approval.
Nuisances
No activity that creates excessive noise, odors, or visual blight shall be permitted. Residents are expected to be considerate of their neighbors at all times.
Pets
Pets must be kept under control at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on common areas and neighboring properties.
